As part of our Earth Day program series, David Pratt from the City of Scottsdale's Irrigation Systems department, talks about the history of Scottsdale's water conservation efforts in city parks. Pratt has been with the City for 24 years and holds Professional Certifications in Turf Management, Irrigation Management and Landscape Management.  He has a lot of information to share about how the city manages the use of water, a precious resource, while maintaining the beautiful parks all over the city every day.
