Artist maps are imaginative representations of a location, moment in time, or idea, that engage us on an emotional and intellectual level. They can be mystical, directional, and obscure. Explore hidden meanings and visual stories from a juried selection of artists. Juried and curated by Saskia Jorda, an interdisciplinary artist working on drawings, fiber-based sculpture, and site-specific installations. Jorda is a Phoenix-based fiber artist and teacher who recently exhibited in the Women to Watch exhibition series, New Worlds, at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, DC.
