Art journaling is an open-ended form of art that allows you to express, create, and record your feelings. With a variety of supplies, you will focus on the creative process rather than the end result.

If you are making changes in your life, or just considering change, these creative endeavors will help you center yourself and discover new directions for your energy, your career and your life.

Supplies are limited; first come, first served. Please see a staff person prior to the start of the program to pick up a ticket, which will be your registration.
