Mindful & Sustainable Plant Based Eating
We all have an intimate connection with food and the environment. This presentation will explore participants relationship with food, sustainability, health and wellness with interactive activities and lecture/discussion. The practices of Mindfulness and Mindful Eating are introduced as the cornerstones of a sustainable strategy to promote effortless weight management and healthful eating throughout the lifespan.
