Hear from Dave Bushy, author of "The World Looked Away - Vietnam After the War: Quoc Pham's Story", speak about a harrowing tale of Vietnam after the war. Quoc Pham was a former South Vietnamese naval officer, subject to re-education camps and other retributions following the conflict, and his story reflects the nearly million people that chose to escape Vietnam.
