(ages 3-6 / 30 min / limit 15 children)

This Storytime is based on research regarding the connection between physical and cognitive development.  Integrating books, technology, and simple Yoga poses, this program will help foster a strong and lasting connection between physical and mental health—as well as the love of learning!  Parents, you will be doing some Yoga too! Please come in comfortable clothing that you can stretch in; yoga mats will be provided, or you may bring your own. 

**Space is limited, so please see a staff person prior to the start of the program to pick up a ticket which will be your registration.
