Sound has been used as a meditative tool around the word for thousands of years. In this program, you will experience the calming and restorative effects of crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, and melodically tuned chimes. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of inner stillness, ease, and presence.
Space is limited. Pick up a ticket up to 30 minutes before event.
Program will run at 3pm, then repeat for new participants at 3:45pm.
