McDowell Sonoran Conservancy
Since Frank Lloyd Wright’s arrival in 1937, Scottsdale has evolved over the decades with a fine collection of contemporary architecture. This talk will focus on the idea of sharing this amazing story, as it has been a quiet secret for too long. We can find the architecture of local talents like Bennie Gonzales, FAIA; Ralph Haver, AIA; Alfred Newman Beadle, AIA and William P. Bruder, FAIA and also work from nationally-recognized architects. It may be just the time to start sharing this story of architectural design excellence in the Sonoran Desert of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Presented by Doug Sydnor.
